More Space
Comprised of two outbuildings from our main barn, this barn is designed to provide more space and shelter available all year long. Horses can go in and out as they please, with oversized 18x16 stalls, large personal runs, stall fans, windows, automatic water systems and much more!

Accommodating
The Love Shack offers space that is particularly good for horses who may have challenges in a conventional stall such as, horses recovering from injuries or babies who need more space for movement but who aren’t ready or able to handle a herd yet.
A Full Experience
We offer a comprehensive boarding, training and riding experience with the following services and amenities to enhance your horse’s health and well-being. To give the utmost attention and care in overseeing your horse’s needs, our Management Staff live directly on site.
What you can expect:
FEEDING & CLEANING
Stall cleaning daily with compressed wood pellet bedding to reduce dust.
Feeding twice daily with high quality hay and premium Southern States Horse Feeds.
Daily turnout to pastures with four board horse fencing and automatic waterers.
STALLS & BARNS
12×12 stalls with rubber matted floors and either Dutch or Half-Dutch doors to the outside.
Stall fronts that offer the choice of privacy or opportunity for your horse to look out and socialize.
Individual stall fans and lights.
Hot/Cold water wash racks.
Individual stall tie anchors.
Barns equipped with smoke and heat detectors on a 24 hour monitoring system.
Tack rooms secured with touch code locks.
Heated and air conditioned lounge, tack rooms, bathroom, and utility room.
RIDING ARENAS & ACREAGE
Indoor riding arena 110 x 80 with doors that close to barn areas to limit dust in the living environments.
Two viewing areas into the indoor riding arena.
Excellent indoor lighting.
Outdoor riding arena 200 x 120.
Miles of beautiful wooded and scenic river overview trails.

Horse laundry washing machines.
Coordinated worming, farrier, and vet visits.
Cold weather blanketing, and fly season masking.
Ultimate upgrade to larger 14x12 size stalls that include walkout doors to the outside, and/or automatic stall waterers.
Additional exercising and fitness regimen.
